George is back to build the stairs at the basement entry way.
The deck is re-covered but the damage is done. 150ft of IPE floor boards will have to be removed and the plywood underbase will have to be dried out before any install can move forward.
Here is one of the floor guys installing IPE in my bedroom.
The cedar eave here may not have been sealed. So ugly water stains.
Hmmmm.
