Lungs, intestines and viens of the house.

Big hole cut out of floor for fitting in the furnace.
AC hook up.
Close up of washing machine hook up.

This is a bit of a problem. My house seen from the next street over has a clear view of my bedroom. I need a big tree.
Maybe timber bamboo?

HVAC going in and plumbing in progress.

A line up of Comfort Zone vans and trucks.
Flex ducts being put in. These types of ducts makes me freak a bit because if not properly installed they are crap. However if done right they are great.
Kirk giving a tour to two future clients on the benfits of SIPs.
Justin the HVAC guy, tells me this insulated copper tubing is for the possibility of future addition of a AC unit.
Flex ducts in basement.
Every part is insulated.
My eaves here has to be altered to make up a for a mistake in the thickness of the green roof. Its gonna cost me $2000 to fix. Oh boy.
Pex pipes?
Maybe.

HVAC & mysterious truck.

Well the HVAC guys are here. They're visible on the second floor.
Mysterious truck shows up. Not sure if he's arrived to pick up the trash?
A photo of the cast iron pipe I mentioned yesterday.
Wonder what progress has taken place. Will report back tomorrow.

Sewage & waste water pipes.

Kitchen pipes; photo on left, middle, is a cast iron pipe that'll keep the water flushing sounds to nil.

Second floor bathroom.

Basement sewer drainage pipes.

Pipes from main floor bathroom.

Another shot of main floor bathroom.

Mud & plumbers; Jan 23rd morning.

It was so muddy that scrap wood was used to get to the house.
The plumber parked in front.

Lots of mud.

Lots and lots of mud. Also mini ponds. I wanted to take more photos but my feet was actually sinking in the soft mud.

I now know why the workman was cutting the wall. He was installing this. Some sort of reinforcement for the steel i-beam. It looks like its been welded.
View of my wet property.
I looked around inside and it didn't look like the plumbers did anything?

The plumbers arrive & more.

Here comes the plumbers.

George built out the area that will be drywalled in the stairway.

Garage roof covered for the coming rain.

Basement workshop looking good. Guy is working on the window area.
Skylight
I believe this workman is building out the area where the glass block floor will go.
Not sure why this guy is cutting into one of my walls?
Now its raining heavy and things should be focused on the internal construction.
