Pavers; walkway & driveway

 Wow.
Below: colored cement blocks for the retaining walls in light-wells
 Here are the pavers.
After they've been placed.
More pics to come.

Update, October 23rd, 2012

George is back to build the stairs at the basement entry way.

The deck is re-covered but the damage is done. 150ft of IPE floor boards will have to be removed and the plywood underbase will have to be dried out before any install can move forward.
Here is one of the floor guys installing IPE in my bedroom.

The cedar eave here may not have been sealed. So ugly water stains.
Hmmmm.

Rain, trench, pavers & leaking water.

A trench was dug (probably last week) for the gas line.

Because the plastic cover didn't properly protect the roof, water from the rain got under it and penetrated into the house and damaged the ceiling. Picture shows one of the floor guys vacuuming up the water.
Close up of the water damage.

These are the pavers I'd like to use for my driveway & path to the front of the house.
This has been a weird week.

Stucco, floor, sink & solar.

Stucco nearly done.

Floor is going in.

Bathroom sink prepped.

Solar power inverter nicely installed.
What a handsome piece of equipment.

Uhg! And other stuff.

Two of my rather expensive windows got badly dinged. I am so sad that the person responsible don't seem to care about quality.
I don't know how they are going to make this in the kitchen look pretty?
Kind of fucked up I think.

Shawn (or Sean) is getting ready to put the floor down. He will be working on the kitchen first, so that the cabinets can get installed.
I'm tired.

Final coat of stucco.

Amazingly it looks like swede. Although I choose a color called Great Wall 422 (greenish), it doesn't look green at all, at least to me.
 Smooth coat stucco.
 In sunlight.
Working on exterior of my office.
 An over exposed photo.
Hmmm.

Solar Panels installed over two days.

October 15th…

Next day
I think they still have to trim the frames.
