This is Robert and his crew. He's a SIPs specialist, and has been for 15 years. He said that the framing and floor will be in by today or latest tomorrow. Apparently, when the order for lumber went out, the SIPs wall by the stairwell was forgotten. So Robert & his team got the SIPs panels and assembled it on site without having to wait for weeks for the factory to fabricate it. Hurray for Robert.
